About us
We are a small family run establishment based in Wexford , comprising of a few with creative minds and good experience, qualifications, and useful knowledge.
Having worked in the fields of engineering, in design and fabrication, and in the harshness of the north sea, through to demanding military situations where structural demands and design integrity are extremely high.
With time spent running a commercial lithographic print business, operating to the fast pace of large volume production in Ireland, and as far a field with customers in Switzerland, we understand the importance of colour.
When it comes to quality, we are versed and qualified in quality control and apply strict and rigorous quality control and pre-production quality conformance testing and verification. ALL of our products are quality checked before leaving.
We offer a consumables facility for the supply of filament and build plate glue on a local level, and will be delighted to assist if needed.
For those who need an urgent print out of your own design, we can gladly print it for you.

Our story - how it all started?
A number of years ago, I was operating a commercial passenger boat and needed to park my car and get onto a small inflatable to get to my passenger boat which was out on a mooring. I would get out the car, put my keys (which included the car key with an remote fob) safely into my jacket, always concerned as to what if my keys fell into the water? I came up with the idea of using a used wine bottle cork with a small piece of rope to create a floating keyring, which I used for a number of years feeling my keys would not sink if they landed in the water.
I developed the cork floating keyrings, and improved the whole concept to where I believed I had a sellable, unique and useful product for many applications.
I did some floatation tests with an average bunch of keys in a fish tank.............the bunch just sank straight to the bottom because the modern wine bottle cork is no longer genuine cork.
A good friend of mine, who introduced me to 3d printing, suggested I design a floating keyring which could be 3d printed and duly sold me a single colour 3d printer which I still have and love to watch it work and the weird actions and strange noises it makes.
This was the launch point for me starting with multi colour machines to create bright coloured floating keyrings, easily visible in the water........
From there, it has grown and is continually evolving with many designs and useful products around the home, in the workshop, for farmers, fishermen, motorcyclist.
Another good friend, who rolls his own cigarettes with hand rolling tobacco using an older square tin pointed out the need for a neat and compact "tin" to accommodate everything, including his filters and papers........I then designed and developed a useful tin, and called it the Waco Twaco Tin, which led onto a range of different containers for many different applications......... That was the start of the "Waco Twaco Container Company.
I hope you enjoy my products.
